The terms for text messages sent by Birchwood Digital. Short version: we only text people who opted in, and you can reply STOP at any time.

Birchwood Digital (“we,” “us”), a marketing and software studio in Buffalo, NY, sends text messages from its toll-free business number to people who have opted in. There are two kinds of messages:
You can opt in by ticking the relevant box on our SMS opt-in form, or, for service texts only, by giving us verbal permission in person or on a call after we read our consent script. How we collect and record consent is described on the SMS opt-in & consent page. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Service text frequency varies with your project and appointments. Marketing texts are sent up to 4 times per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. We do not charge for texts.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. To opt back in, reply START or sign up again on our opt-in form. You can also ask us to stop by phone or email.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.
You must be 18 or older and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP first or let us know so we can remove it.
We use your mobile number and consent only to send the messages you agreed to and to keep a record of your consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for more.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change. If a change materially affects how we text you, we will let you know by text.
